Judicial Affairs Home

The Judicial Affairs site is designed to acquaint the student with the university's academic appeals process. This includes the academic grievance procedure and misconduct policy. These policies serve primarily as means of resolving issues and concerns about academic fairness that may arise between a faculty member and student. As a student, you may seek mediation or file a formal grievance with the Office of Judicial Affairs. However, you are first encouraged to seek an informal resolution by speaking with those closest to the problem.
